Pathetic after the new update. The app rarely opens properly and hangs most of the time. The Class Diary section is especially poor. only image names are displayed instead of the actual images. The older version was much better, as all images opened smoothly and were easy to view. Now, we often end up opening the same already-viewed image repeatedly, which creates a lot of confusion. The announcement filter works for page 1 only. If 2024-2025 is selected and we move to page 2 then it won't work

Parents concerns , not responded. Many times diary notes are blank. Still many icons not having updates. Fees billing are not correctly displayed. Calendar should not be given as hard copy, it can be added in app, sight every holiday we can see here only, no notification needed for fixed holiday. Many times upgrading app. Now it must be stable.

Only POC app that too not working covering from Announcements (sometimes it doesn't open ) , Parent Concerns (nobody revert ), Apply Leaves ( requests are not sent to teachers ) , Fee Details ( not accurate ) and many more. Only Announcements feature is helpful. Rest everything is of no use because of not working or RIS is not updating the information regularly.
