It's usually good but sometimes it won't show my balance like it just WON'T update, like right now. Also, sometimes my charges from Walmart will appear, dissapear, and then reappear suddenly again days later.. so it is hard to tell sometimes how much money I ACTUALLY have.. So idk if that 2nd part is because of Walmart or this app but yeah.. overall a great app though! **edit: 12/16/22 - trying to enroll in Zelle but literally doesn't even show the word Zelle ANYWHERE on the app.. so idk

Great customer service and you can actually show up at any time and talk to somebody about your business account! Bank of America was impossible to even get somebody on the phone let alone speak to somebody in person. Would definitely recommend for loans, checking accounts, and business accounts. Thank you Cindy for all your help we really appreciate you.

I would give 5 stars if it still had capability to automatically turn on my phone's flashlight AND automatically capture images when it's zoomed in. Yes, that's nitpicking but I liked it so much better when these capabilities were here.
