About this app
Finish the job. Send the proof.
FieldProof keeps before-and-after photos, quotes and invoices together for pressure washing, exterior cleaning and small service crews. Send your client a web page with the work, the paperwork and a PDF they can keep.
GIVE EVERY JOB A HOME
Create a job and organize its photos by area, such as driveway, patio or siding. Keep customer details and the job history in the same place.
SHOW THE DIFFERENCE
Capture before and after photos, choose the pair to share, and open photos full screen to check the details.
TAKE THE PAPERWORK WITH YOU
Prepare a quote or invoice with a service description and a tax rate you enter. US profiles use USD for new documents; EU profiles use EUR. Add optional US payment instructions or EU bank details to invoices. FieldProof does not collect or confirm those payments.
SEND ONE CLIENT LINK
Share by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or another installed messaging app. Clients can view selected photos and download the document as a PDF without installing FieldProof. Shared links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
CAPTURE WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Once setup and app access are available, capture and organize work locally. Synchronize when connected. Creating a shared page requires an internet connection.
START WITHOUT EMAIL REGISTRATION
Set up your shop without a FieldProof email account. An optional recovery account helps protect access to your workspace after reinstalling and enables team features. Restoring a store purchase restores eligible subscription access, not an anonymous workspace.
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
An active monthly subscription is required after shop setup. Payment is charged through your app store after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your store settings. Your store displays the final local price and purchase terms.
FieldProof helps prepare documents; you remain responsible for their accuracy, taxes and local invoice requirements.
