RoleCall is a simple classroom job board that helps elementary teachers, teaching assistants, and homeschool co-op organizers assign and rotate weekly classroom helpers. The app presents each responsibility as a colorful magnetic job card on a whiteboard rail, making it easy to see who is helping with tasks like Board Cleaner or Line Leader. The Board tab shows the current week’s assignments at a glance, and tapping any magnet opens the job in the same clean edit form for quick changes. The Jobs tab provides a complete list of every classroom job sorted by week start date, with each row showing the job name, assigned student, and start of the week. From that list you can tap a job to update it or long-press it to delete it when an assignment is no longer needed. The Add tab offers a centered dry-erase style form where you enter a job name, student name, week start date, and any optional notes about supplies or reminders. The Search tab filters the full job list by job name or student name, helping you locate a specific helper without scrolling through every entry. The dashboard includes two felt eraser counters that show the total number of classroom jobs and the number of jobs scheduled for the current week. It also displays a recent jobs list with the job name and assigned student so the most relevant assignments are immediately visible. All information is stored locally on your device, so there is no account setup, cloud sync, or internet connection required to manage your classroom. You can add, edit, delete, search, and review jobs from one organized space with a clean mobile layout and four clear bottom tabs. RoleCall keeps the weekly helper rotation practical and visible, reducing the time spent rewriting names on a physical chart. With a single local classroom jobs list, the app gives you a private and dependable way to keep weekly responsibilities organized for your students.
