HORRIBLE!!! This bank has consistently left us down time and time again!! From their phone numbers being disconnected and changed without prior notice, to their online banking failing over and over; we are giving up on trusting them with our money. Absolutely horrible communication when their is an issue with their systems, which seems to happen monthly! Cards get declined all the time for no reason, then noone from the fraud department bothers to call or send a text leaving you stranded!! 0🌟

I have had nothing but issues with this app. It doesn't keep me logged in, doesn't keep my password updated and doesn't update my balance in real time, sometimes for days even after the transactions have cleared.

Awful, crashes constantly. The app maybe let's me open it once every few days. Trying several times and even restarting my phone doesn't let it work. I just have to wait and hope once in a while it'll open.
