This is a review to ask question. I will change the rate when I will be able to use the app. The question is - Unable to add hikvision camera. The app shows error - Incorrect user name or password. But I am sure I have typed correct ones.

Very bad app... not working. Most of the time, the app is closing automatically..& play back is not working it's hanging... worst app ever

Camera security is good but hard to connect with customers care people and very lengthy process to Unbind the proces. Not satisfied.
