I've had this app and swann camera for a few years now. I have notifications off so I cant speak to that. But the motion sensitivity is great, being able to turn it up or down. It records the simplest motion and has always worked fine. Every so often the camera will do this weird thing where it stops being connected and itll make this clicking noise. I simply unplug and replug and itll reset. I was able to check my camera while I was across the state. Was able to see, hear and playback easily

I've never been more frustrated with an app in my life. It's so antiquated. It doesn't allow push notifications to my phone but instead it goes to an email. Who checks emails like that?? There's no way for me to manually adjust the time stamp. My list could go on and on but who has the time? This entire app needs a reboot!

We first got this system a year ago. I finally installed it a week ago(house renos now finished) setting up cameras was easy except one cable had an internal break from in box. Had issues finding the right app for system, we got this system because we were able to add an external hard drive, but the system won't read a new hard drive even after changing everything to ntsc. Then after a week the internal storage has stopped working...issues with connectivity(had to get wifi booster)
