Ratings and reviews

When making a payment you click you want to make a payment. It sends you to a new screen no drop down to pick your payment. You have manually enter it. So I over paid 0.70 cents I get a letter: No Principal payments allowed, Extra Payments may advance my due date by 90 days, Not too sure how we are going back in time. If your so lucky to have to change your password, you will not be given a choice to look at what you are entering so you get to look at dots and hope you enter it right.

stopped working. hasn't worked in almost 4 weeks, just crashes immediately after tapping the app. this has completely kneecapped my business Update: planned obsolescence has rendered this app useless. I added a star for the response. I'm not adding any more stars. It is deplorable that we have come to a system that depends on continually destroying our planet+people in pursuit of a faster model of hand-computer every 3 months. what good is a 5 star review on a planet full of charred bodies?...

The app keeps crashing even though I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone multiple times. After reading all the recent reviews about many other users having the same issue and Metro not fixing it, I'm concerned it will never be fixed. I don't know what happened to this app but it's junk.
