This app is terrible now. It used to work really well, and then they did an update. And now, more times than not I cannot get in it either. Tells me there was an era.All right is unavailable due to updates. I relied on this app for years to manage my bank accounts. Unfortunately, as of late, it is very unreliable. I have spoken to customer support on three separate occasions. To try to fix the problem. And they tell me it has to do with my phone, not their app. No solutions thus far

Update: 6 months later it is still terrible. It is now April 2021 and I cannot make cc payments. It just gives a vague error message. Original post: I was hoping with this app update that we would be able to access our credit card details and transactions. My credit card isn't even showing up under my accounts (which it did before this app update). The only way I can see my credit card is when I login on using a desktop/laptop. I agree with everyone else, the older app is much better.

The latest version as of Jan 10 '24: The option to paste a password is still broken, even though I complained about that for a year now. Still the only way to reliably get into your account is to either type your password (which means a weak password) or to use the biometrics login, which means anyone can drug you or steal all your money while you're asleep. Called them and emailed them - the technical support is useless. They do not understand the issue and tell me "just use the biometrics 🤷"
