Ratings and reviews

Regardless of whether or not the treatment works (as I wait for an order I never confirmed) - it's a very suspicious app. It confirmed my order when I tabbed out of the app when I did NOT finish confirming the order. It also has left my camera running in the background even after I turned off permissions. Once you have an order, you can no longer do anything in the app - it only lets you scan a QR code from your order. Website has no account access. Doesn't allow any payment changes or cancel.

This service is poor and overpriced. Customer service takes days to respond, and usually by the time they do they can't help anymore. Nothing is actually customized- you can buy all their products without consulting them(it costs an even more absurd amount but it's the same stuff). If you're looking to improve your skincare, do your own research. After a bit of experimenting you'll find something that works even better for way cheaper.

bad, doesn't feel natural at all, literally smells like hair conditioner which is fine but it just feels so chemical. Hasn't done anything for me and they don't remind u about your continuous shipment, so I couldn't cancel In time which means - £30 out of my bank. Not to mention when I found out about the product it was put out as a "free" for your first order when it certainly wasn't.
