UPDATE: received my withdrawal. But not using it until this process is faster. Withdrawal process can take up to 3 months!!!! I've been waiting for one month already. Will update the review when I get my cash. And then uninstall the app. But no longer using the app. 3 months is way too much time waiting for a withdrawal.

This app is ridiculous. Went to Alcampo supermarket and bought few products for which I was supposed to receive cashback. Everyone knows Alcampo's tickets are super messy and the products never have the proper name on them hence I specifically took separate pictures of the products with the ticket but still my cashback was declined for all products.Reason? Duplicate products 😒. I mean yeah, bought all the products on one ticket it's not like I will get a different ticket for each product🤷‍♀️

I've accumulated quite a bit but needs 40 plus hours to know what's happening. Once I do and if is true,you'll definitely get a better rating.so far I barely know what I'm doing lol. Quick update: I'm back in my account and all the money I had accumulated is gone. Is there a reason?And if yes,why no one explained?
