So Confused I was sent a link to refreshme and I filled in info and it said "thank you for completing this survey. MDI and clients appreciate your opinion". I was just trying to create an account. I downloaded the app and I can only log in. There isn't any sign up option and I put my account details in and it says "cannot find your account information" and there's no option to do anything else so I'm stuck. Please help

This is an amazing app. I love the high paying surveys. But there's a delay in payments lately. Other than that, it's a good app. Edit: The last time I got paid was in March. Yet I've been completing diaries and surveys. Why the sudden change in your way of doing things? It baffles me how diaries are being sent monthly yet we don't get paid for it!

Getting assistance or the chat option is close to pointless. I sent a message using the chat option, 3-4 days later, still no response. Tasks that need to be completed are not even loading. Tried rebooting but nothing, also sent a message using the chat option, nothing. Why put in a chat option knowing you will not respond?
