Really hard to figure out at first because everything is hugely magnified, upside down, & backwards, & all of the other confusing things 😅 but once you figure it out, well... it's scary af, to be honest... but still very enlightening! A word to the wise, DO NOT scope the inside of your nose, whatever you do. It's terrifying. Overall, the earpick was a good tool and having the app so I could see the inside of my ear at the same time was crazy, but effective.

only works for 1 time after that it doesn't want to work.. the problem is that it doesn't want to connect to our Wi-Fi network..i bought it hoping it would help me..this is what you gave? refund

The recent update removes the battery percentage indicator, and some of the controls on the camera view, basically making it a strict downgrade from the previous version.
