What is mDNS Discovery?
mDNS Discovery is a tool for browsing and resolving any systems or services registered in local area network. Originally developed for resolving services from ESP8266, and Sonoff devices (smart relay), this tool can also discover any zero-configuration system or services as long as it is implemented properly. This networking, where devices can discover and resolve other services is also known as zero-configuration, Bonjour, or Avihi.

Usage
- To search for ALL available service in the network, simply long press the search button. (EXPERIMENTAL)
- Simply type in the service type you want to look for, for example printer, scanner, or smb. The app will resolve the IP Address, Port, and Attributes of the service if it's available.
- If the service carry attributes parameters, long-tap the card to view the full attributes.

Tips
- If you are a mac user, you can type in 'dns-sd -B _services._dns-sd._udp' in Terminal to look for locally available services.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't always work: often nothing is found although same AP... or 2 APs,same net,different results. Results should be grouped by IP address on the network (not sorted,but grouped), otherwise list is confusing with repeating devices (e.g. 4 listed items for the same IP, different title & service). UX could be much better, currently it's unintuitive: search (what to type), results (empty & duplicate), colorful search button (which I just assume is at the same time searching progress indication).

I'm not sure if this is a bad design, but it does not discover mDNS for hotspot networks. But I'm giving it 5 stars because it probably does the ourpose it was designed to do well. Would've given a bonus point if this was on F-Droid.

Very nice UI and quick response. Would be 5 stars if I could wildcard and/or otherwise list all Bonjour services rather than just search for a specific instance.
