I paid for the yearly subscription 2months ago, then yesterday I wanted to use the app and saw upgrade.I upgraded but it wasn't opening. I decided to delete and reinstall based on response to similar issues here, after the reinstallation I realized that I have lost my subscription. I was sent back to the subscription page, I can not access any course. please how do I resolve this? I have the remita receipt I paid with incase you need it.I have just a week to renew my licence, please kindly help.

It has been working okay in the last year. It asked me to update to latest version but since then it's just unresponsive, just black screen. If I didn't update, it wouldn't allow me to continue using it! So frustrating🤦

There seems to be a bug. Updated app does not open at all. And the worse thing is WCEA is not responding to this complaint. Judging from the comments of those who have managed to open the app to a certain extent, it seems WCEA has put up a subscription. But whats the point if the app does not work and the points lost into thin air? Many of us are nearing renewal time.

There indeed was an issue with the upgrade of existing versions. This has been resolved, though we are recommending an uninstall and a re-install. We are sorry about this problem. The latest version has many benefits and it is a mandatory upgrade.
