Buy a ticket on your way to the station or quickly plan your journey from the office – it's easy with the naldo app!

Features:

Departure/Arrival:
View upcoming departures and arrivals at any of the 3,200 stops in the naldo network, at an address, or at your current location. The user-friendly, interactive map is a helpful tool. In some cases, we can already display real-time data.

Journey Information:
Quickly find out how to get from A to B. You can customize your journey by adjusting your walking speed, selecting alternative stops, or choosing your preferred mode of transport, creating a personalized journey plan.

Buy and Access Tickets:
Purchase single tickets, day tickets, or connecting tickets conveniently by credit card or direct debit. Day tickets can also be purchased up to 31 days in advance – for optimal trip planning. You can purchase network tickets and connecting tickets directly; for all other tickets, you'll need to calculate your journey beforehand. You can also save frequently used tickets as favorites.

My Information and Destinations:

Create personalized destinations and receive journey information – perfect for frequent trips like your commute.

Disruptions:
If there are any disruptions to bus services along your route, you can quickly find out about them.

Network Maps:
For a complete overview of the naldo network, you can download network maps and familiarize yourself with the zone structure or route layouts.

Ratings and reviews

The app isn't working. The official response from Naldo says they've stopped letting people buy tickets online. That's too bad. If the app starts working again, I'll change my rating. But this service is totally unfriendly to users.

terrible app can't even register to buy a ticket. errors with "Unbekannter Client"

Had to reinstall the app coz of crashes. When you login again it's forgotten all your previously saved settings, including favorite tickets etc. What is the point of having a login? Also, I do not understand why you cannot buy a Tübinger 4er Karte on the app (the Berlin BVG app allows it so it's possible), resulting in it always being more expensive to purchase single tickets via the app.
