About this app

The RVV app gives you the quickest way to your destination and of course offers you the right ticket. Based on your current location, you will be given a selection of options to get to your destination as quickly as possible with just a few clicks. You can get your Germany ticket and other tickets from the RVV range for occasional transport quickly and easily on your smartphone at any time via the RVV app.

Ratings and reviews

Confusing and unreliable. Finding the quickest route when having to transfer often returns illogical results. Also, the digital ticket function doesn't always work, which might result in you being unable to access an already purchased ticket. This app needs to work much better please!!

Worst public transportation in Germany. The buses are almost always late and super unreliable. The buses are very old and not well cleaned or maintained and the app never displays accurate information. It doesn't even show you the best bus line to take. Every year they keep hiking up the prices and every year their services get worse and worse and worse. The bus is always late but the bus drivers always make time to stop and get up to yell at you for whatever dumb reason. I hate it here

saved payment options always show what i assume to be a stranger's paypal email address. contacting support didnt solve this. trying to delete the account (in order to make a new one after) is impossible - you cannot delete your account.
