I've been using this app since it first came out and generally speaking out does what it's supposed to do, responds quickly and has a good amount of info. Where it falls down for me is the preferences. I have mobility problems, so when I say I can walk 5 minutes maximum at a slow speed and prefer routes that involve less walking, that's what should be reflected in the results. However I've once again just got a result that would require me to walk for 16 mins. If it isn't possible, say so.

This app is so infuriating! I downloaded it because the website is so counter-intuitive to use... but NOTHING is clear in the app search menu either. If you successfully search for a trip, it gives lists of possible journeys via bis or train but NO way to buy a ticket. Nightmare. I'm taking a taxi, cheers Translink... your website and app are both completely useless.

Annoying journey planner interface. Every time you change a field it searches, making you wait, so it takes a loooong time to actually do the search you want. Shite. Can't buy tickets in the app. Shite. Try to use the history and it doesn't record the date and time, only the stops, so you have to go through that again. Bit shite really
