With the journey planner, departure monitor, real-time data, as well as up-to-date disruption and traffic reports, you are always well informed.
With check-in/check-out using the distance-based fare (Luftlinientarif), you automatically always travel at the best price via the myVRN app. You can also purchase tickets such as the Deutschland-Ticket subscription, single, multi-ride, and day tickets directly in the app.
Save stops, connections, and preferred modes of transport as favorites and customize the myVRN app to suit your personal needs.
Registration is required to purchase tickets and to book VRNflexline and VRNruftaxi. With the payment authorization (parent-child function), children and minors can also purchase tickets independently.
New: The distance-based fare (Luftlinientarif) is now also available within the payment authorization (parent-child function). Thanks to the new fare levels, the best price for adults or children is automatically applied depending on age. Children aged 6 to 14 now travel even more cheaply.

The app is fine when it's working, but it keeps logging me out! Every few weeks, it will spontaneously log me out, usually when I desperately need a ticket because I'm relying on the bus or tram to get me somewhere. Most mobile apps manage long-term or permanent log-ins - couldn't this one do it too? For an important app that could leave you stranded or receiving a fine if you can't purchase a ticket, the authentication should not expire unpredictably. This has happened on several devices.

the new update is soooo annoying. semesterticket users could easily see connections that include only trains that are allowed. Now it's changed for some reason. I can remove ICE/IC/EC trains but now flixtrains are considered local regional trains and i cant seem to remove that option (since they are not included in the semester ticket ). now planning a trip is so much harder for absolutely no good reason. Please fix this!

could have more languages. for some phones the check-in check-out system doesn't work would have been cool to know that before the payment
