Ratings and reviews

The app is fine when it's working, but it keeps logging me out! Every few weeks, it will spontaneously log me out, usually when I desperately need a ticket because I'm relying on the bus or tram to get me somewhere. Most mobile apps manage long-term or permanent log-ins - couldn't this one do it too? For an important app that could leave you stranded or receiving a fine if you can't purchase a ticket, the authentication should not expire unpredictably. This has happened on several devices.

app icon broken, does not support Android adaptive icon introduced with Android 8 (implemented in less than 15 minutes). square icon is put into a round icon on my phone. hurts the overall experience as it makes the app seem to not support modern standards. we now have Android 16. this app is to to 8 years behind in supporting standards.

Scamming tourists and complicated ticket service. Also, worst travel app I have seen in Europe. Last month, I traveled to Germany and got monthly all Garmany ticket for 49 euros through the app. Nowhere in the application it was menitoned that if I don't cancel the subscription till the 10th of last month I will automatically be assigned a monthly ticket for next month. Now 58e has been automatically deducated and they have now sent me email about the subscription. This feels like a scam.
