The entire worklfkow is paperless.
The workflow of all process processes is digitized via the sp2go mobile app and can be managed by the decorator at the POS: decoration briefing, decoration guidelines, decoration order, performance documentation (photo and decoration receipt), reporting and statistics.
Your services are confirmed and saved by the branch at the decoration location with a digital signature on your smartphone using the sp2go mobile app.
The documented decoration services and reports are sent in real time to the sp2go server and assigned to the decorations. You and your clients have access to the performance data and the current status of the decoration at any time via the sp2go web app.
The image data is available to you and your customers in photo galleries, and statistics relating to branches, brands, decorations, decor guidelines, complaints and budgets can be called up at any time.
