Today i use it first time to book my lunch after initial lockdown. However the app does not let me scan the bar code. And the restaurant wont let me pick up the lunch before no scan they don't get paid. In addition there is no help contact number from mealpal It is terrible

the product is so bad. they just make changes to your plans without informing. i am currently standing outside of the resturant today and have been waiting for more than 15 min.
