Apparently, they are not fraud but they should admit that their services are very clumsy. I ordered my photos through this app, they didn't send any receipts or confirmation. I had no idea what is going on my order, I thought they are fraud. Who wouldn't in this situation?? I sent Facebook message, no response either. I sent 3 e mails, they got back to me around 5-6 days after. Still I cannot trust this app, there are lots of other similar apps available, more responsive and better service.
