This app wont scan it's own bar code and wont even let me complete registration manually. I had a Capital One app for years. Loved its ease of use and all the added extras. I have tried this app a few times over the past several months thinking the bugs would be worked out. Nope. At least the old fashioned way still works. Maybe they want us to pay late. Cant figure out why else their app would not be designed to facilitate a partnership with their customers.

Works, for the most part. A few times the app didn't confirm my payment through the app or an email. Since it didn't look like it went through I made another payment through the app and still no notification. Only to find out a few days later that I made multiple payments to my loan. Luckily I had the funds for it but it was pretty annoying. Yes, I should've called them to confirm but this is based on the performance of the app and how well it's supposed to work.

This app is not very good or intuitive. I set up my payments to include an additional amount to include toward principle, but I don't see that as being confirmed. I see a list of statements, but nothing of the history of my payments. In fact, I haven't gotten any sort of feedback that my payments have been accepted, so I am not even sure if my payments are going through. Overall, this app is not intuitive at all.
