very bad experience. made an order of digital card on Friday, didn't receive it, tried to contact customer support numerous times trying different available methods. on Sunday received an E-mail asking how to help, requested cancelation of the order. later received the code. Ask for a rep to call me to resolve the issue, no response.

I am changing my review to 1 star from 5 star because of service and delay in my order. I preordered a PS5 game on 6th May...and still not delivered. Every week they inform they will deliver in few days but still I am waiting and it will be almost one month now. Extremely disappointing. I just want to cancel my order now. The game is already available in all markets but La3eb still struggling with the stocks! The game is already in stock in their app.
