Når man klikker på et link er der ingen reaktion - før linket åbner. Man ved altså ikke om en proces er igang. Som minimum skal der være en visuel reaktion så brugeren ved at man bare skal vente. Dette er specielt ved langsomme internet forbindelser. Undskyld men det er altså PINLIGT at BT ikke kan lave en ordentlig app, når de så gerne vil være førende medie på mobil telefoner.
