MeCust is a pure merchant-side membership management tool designed for various single-store brick-and-mortar businesses such as clothing stores, restaurants, beauty salons, convenience stores, and grocery stores.
The software is for merchant use only; there is no separate customer app, no QR code for member scanning, and it does not support multi-branch chain management. All member profiles, card issuance records, and points are manually entered and registered by the merchant, replacing handwritten paper ledgers, building a complete store membership system, and increasing repeat purchases from existing customers.
