Buggy. Lacking a lot of regular banking app functionality. I've had to have my password reset multiple times by an Aspen Associate as I've tried to re-set my password from within the app, but it wouldn't accept the answer to my security question. (and I'm pretty sure I didn't misspell my mom's name, just saying...) You can't see much of the transaction details from the app. If you want to see all of the details, you have to use their website. So why even have the app??

There are many blips and boops I need help with. I've been dropped a couple times and had to help restarting. Maybe it's me. When it works,it's awesome! All the staff is really nice about helping, except that girl who made me cry.

We are constantly being locked out of our account. At least once a month we get locked out and it tells us our password is not recognized so we have to change it yet again. Also not a fan of the fact that only one person is allowed to be notified of purchases made. What is the point.
