Pathetic app I have ever come across. Tried recharging twice through the app and did not receive the recharge code even after amount deducting from bank account.

I recharge through this application on 21/07/24, but I didn't receive Recharge PIN. My money was lost. I complained 2 times, but no result. Use ONEIC or Khedmah.

Dear developer, kindly fix bug in application as below; (1) SMR history is not visible. after submit,we cannot verify our data with picture or delete/edit wrong entry. (2) Consumption is not updated as it is not showing current month. (3) there is no previous bill available to download or visible old bill.
