I'm still getting used to the app since transitioning from a Postpaid to Prepaid Meter. One thing I don't like about it, although some might find it convenient, is that as soon as I submit the amount to top up, my card details pop up automatically. I would prefer to have the option to add my card manually and then decide to save a card or not, like other apps like Al Khedmah, for example. Please consider this option.

the app today 27 april since morning, doesnt work and cut my electricity ,i tried paying through the app and doesnt work and when i call customer service is USELESS doesnt pick up my call and today heat is 40 degrees so hot. till now nobody is picking up the call here in Saham i hope the management need to overlook their IT teams and Customer service because peoples lives depends on this app i rate -1 still now , not working.pretty sure nobody is even bothering to read these comments

this app is a shame. they don't care if it works or no, many bugs, many problems, who care? no one, just force poor people to use it.
