How MedCab Collector App Works

Step 1. Firstly Customers can easily book lab tests through the Medcab app which offers a user-friendly platform to select tests, choose time slots and confirm appointments.

Step 2. Upon successfully booking from the diagnostic center through the MedCab app, the diagnostic center assigns a sample collection boy to collect samples from the customer’s given address and schedule time.

Step 3. Now, the assigned collector boy verifies the customer’s details with our MedCab mobile app.

Step 4. After successful verification, the collector boy visits the customer's address at the scheduled time and collects blood samples safely.

Step 5. The collection boy submitted the sample to the diagnostic center for timely results.
