Benefits in your pocket! This app gives you easy access to your Medcom benefits anywhere, anytime. Use the same username and password that you setup on Medcom’s online portal! Just download, login, and go!

View all of your benefit account(s) recent transactions, balances, election information, claims filing deadlines, and more. You may also view transactions that require receipt documentation that may need to be submitted.

Additional features include opting in/out to receive alerts via text messaging, email, or both! These alerts could include information when your debit card has been mailed, when your password to the portal/mobile app has been reset, card transaction denials, and more.

Your security is the number one priority for Medcom. We use pictures and passphrases, along with device identification and challenge questions to protect your information. None of your personal information is stored on your mobile device.

Ratings and reviews

I once had my storage unit invaded by mice, and that was less stressful than using this app. A prompt to rate the app every single time you log in--well, you won, I'm rating it!Server errors every other time you click on anything. Getting logged out the moment you navigate away (like when you need to look up info to input into a form). Password works on desktop but not mobile. Constant alerts that you must enable notifications for the app work?! No one deserves this type of pain.

The app works OK, but having to constantly login, especially if you have to look for say a receipt in another app is the biggest pain in my a**! I understand security is necessary, but this is taking things way to far! At least give me the option of selecting when I want to be logged out automatically in the options. Also please stop locking my card for $1.28, after all it's my money, & I really resent being denied access to it! Other than that, everything is just peachy.

UPDATE: This app still sucks!! Open the app and logon & it immediately closes. I have cleared cache/cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled 3x and it never works. DO BETTER!! Frustrated!! This app is great......in theory. It never works. Every single time that I attempt to logon, the app stalls and closes. EVERY TIME. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with zero resolve. I have sent emails to Medcom for help, but I have never received a response.
