Ratings and reviews

The app is a little confusing, especially if you don't know much about the program. The chat feature however, was extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of getting help and guidance from Devan, who walked me through the process of using the $0 benefit program. Incredible! Devan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the program to me since I didn't really understand it.

I've had to use the app several times and it has always been hassle free. My most recent usage Janessa was my care guide and provided excellent service and followed up as well, very courteous and professional.

Man this app is very good and have had a very great experience. It makes all aspects very seemless. I am very pleased at my experience and would definitely recommend this app to my cohorts where I work.
