Device won't pair to the app, connects at first but when asked to press "+" or "-" it doesn't do anything and fails pairing. tried to reach out to chat within the hours given on the website but it said there are no agents available. So the App is broken and there's no way to get help. Please do not use this brand and go with one that has a workable product. The app is required for certain features of the pump.
Hi Alexandra, sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. Could you please send the phone model, OS version to intappsupport@medela.com for troubleshooting? Have you tried using a different smartphone to see if the problem is in the phone or in the pump?

The app interface itself is really intuitive but every session at least one of the pumps fails to connect to Bluetooth and then I get push notifications every couple minutes while pumping saying that the pump is failing to connect. The session info will randomly sync later during a subsequent pumping session but it's mostly useful during the session itself so I can control both pumps from my phone and see the estimated output. I wish the connection was more reliable.

The user guide claims that on the "rare occurrence" that session date data is not saved you can manually input it. But an exceptionally LARGE amount of times the device disconnects and reconnects. A NUMEROUS amount of data with no dates obstruct the view of actual data I want to see. The pump arbitrarily picks the strongest pump settings last tolerated which is painful for me instead of allowing me to ramp it up. Both phone and pump battery were always above 50%.

Hi Susana, sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. To avoid pumping sessions being stored with no dates please make sure to pump with enough battery. If the battery is depleted during a pumping session it might cause the pump to lose the time information.
