Medfile® is a free app for medical and physiotherapy practices, offering support in managing calendars, appointments, and patient records. From the app, users seamlessly navigate to the full range of EMRs, patient records, and e-Prescriptions.

The mobile app, installed on a phone, monitors the entire practice. This solution is sure to increase patient attendance, as it allows for easy and transparent access to check available office hours, schedule consultations, and cancel appointments.

The Medfile® electronic medical records and e-Prescriptions app is synchronized with the main calendar in the responsive web app, the ZnanyLekarz platform, and Google Calendar. Navigating to the responsive patient record allows for appointments to be scheduled from a mobile device – phone or tablet. Access for receptionists, doctors, and nurses can be personalized. The Medfile® application was created in collaboration with healthcare professionals and addresses the needs of maintaining electronic records, managing, and optimizing the workflow of both individual practices and larger medical facilities.
