About this app

MedHC is Healthchess's app for anesthesiologists and surgeons. It tracks the doctor's entire day—from the operating room map in the morning to the end-of-month payment—always integrated with the clinic's management system.

PATIENT RECORDS

• Photo Guide — photograph the guide and the app reads the patient's data, procedures with dates and times, medical team, and guide, authorization, and password numbers. You can check and save.

• Complete guide registration — consultations and procedures with patient, insurance company, clinic, room, medical team, and level of participation, with favorites, quick filters, and archived guides.

• Quality record, pain record, and evaluation form — standardized forms filled out directly from the patient's schedule.

• Patient history — previous appointments separated into procedures, consultations, and records, with filters by insurance company, date, and guide type.

• Off-network registration — prepare for the day before entering the operating room and continue registering without a signal. What was done is saved on the device and you send it when the connection returns.

SURGICAL CENTER

• Surgical map of the day — the operating rooms, the order of surgeries and the progress of each one, with your current surgery highlighted and any delays in sight.

• Progress tracking via mobile phone — patient arrival, start, end, suspension, room change and handover, without going through anyone.

• TV panel — transmit the map to the operating room television via Chromecast, without installing anything on the TV.

• Attendance check-in — register arrival and departure from your shift via mobile phone, with confirmation on the spot.

SCHEDULE AND ON-CALL SCHEDULE

• Schedule by day, week or month — on-call shifts, surgeries and consultations on the same schedule.

• Schedule in your calendar — export the schedule as a calendar subscription and it will always appear, updated, in your mobile phone's calendar app.

• Shift swapping and donation — request a swap with a colleague from the same location or release the shift to whoever accepts first, tracking requests in the swap box.

• Time bank — balance and history of transactions.

• Availability and absences — report available days for extra shifts and request vacations, days off, and absences through the app.

FINANCIAL

• Transfers and vouchers in statement format — transfers received, discounts, vouchers, and balance to pay, filtered by period.

• Service and billing indicators adapted to the specialty.

• Retrospective — your year in numbers: top procedure, top health plan, busiest day, locations visited, and who entered the operating room with you most often.
