MedHC is the Healthchess app for anesthesiologists and surgeons who manage shifts, schedules, reimbursements, and patient care via mobile phone, always integrated with their clinic's system.

Key features:

• Unified medical schedule — view your daily schedule with shifts, surgeries, and consultations on the same calendar, with automatic synchronization to the iPhone Calendar app.

• Shift swap and donation — request swaps with colleagues at the same location or donate a shift for the first available colleague to accept. Responses arrive via real-time notification.

• Shift swap inbox — track received and sent requests, accept, decline, or cancel easily.

• Time bank and shift count — view balance, movement history, and number of shifts taken in the month.

• Availability and absences — register available days for extra shifts and request vacations, days off, or absences without leaving the app.

• Payments and vouchers in statement format — view received payments, discounts, vouchers, and outstanding balance, filtered by period.

• Guide registration — record consultations and procedures with patient, insurance company, clinic, room, medical team, and procedures. Favorites, quick filters, and a new design make mobile registration as complete as on a computer.

• Patient history — view previous appointments with continuous scrolling, filters by insurance company, date, and guide type.

• Pain Record and Quality Record — register standardized records directly from the patient's schedule.

• Quick indicators — service, billing, and financial dashboards adapted to the physician's specialty.

MedHC is part of the Healthchess platform, integrated with your clinic's management system. Data recorded by the application is available in real time to the rest of the team.
