Ratings and reviews

You cannot use the Gutschein for any product, only the one 'sold' by Saturn - i.e. products from Shein for 10x the price. There is 0 airfrier, espresso machine, etc. that is sold via Saturn and not the marketplace, rendering my 'use as cash' Gutschein virtually unusable. I think this should be illegal, but I'm not a lawyer.

Article reviews can't be modified or deleted. The App is also a bit slow. However, the ability to pick from any Saturn store and pay there (on site) is great. You also accumulate "Bits", which give you benefits as you ascend color levels (white-orange-blue-black); the higher you get, the more benefits for you. My last two purchases arrived on time and the prices for the articles were the same as on Amzn.

Everything works fine but considering the size of saturn and mediamarkt in Germany and the Netherlands don't you think it's about time you added an English version to this app in 2025?
