They provide extreme security on their app which is very unnecessary and tiring for customers. This is not a banking app or social media app but they still put unnecessary security check. You literally will get blocked from loging in if you don't receive the code for network issues and the waiting time is more than 6 hours which is higher than any big social media/ banking app. People will need this app when they are in emergency then why should they wait 6 hours? This is absolute mockery

Pain in advanced but doctor didn't show up in few hours. Got refunded in few days. but if can't get doctors immediately or in few minutes What's the point of this? it happened several times with me.
