Super helpful service, specially while living in remote areas. never had a bad experience with the doctors. however, sound setting makes issues sometimes making it difficult to communicate.

This used to be the best app in Bangladesh. I have personally endorsed this app to various groups of people. Recently quality of service has degraded so much that it takes about 10 minutes to load the app, another 5 minutes to download a prescription. This is horrible for something that people use in an emergency. How come you guys messed up in such a bad way? Please don't put that generic 'please email us' feedback. No one emails for support! Just fix your tech & keep moving forward.

We are always trying to serve our users better. To achieve that we've done some bug fixing in this version along with some improvements and UI modifications.
