Timetastic is truly terrifically time- saving and gets a top testimonial from our team in all tasks tried. π€ We started to use the app a year ago, its interactive, easy to navigate, smart and saves so much time in HR. It's so straightforward, I cannot understand anyone who has found it not so and would encourage you to take up offers of support from TT. Honestly, it changed my life as a manager. Love it because it does what it says on the tin. Tension over entitlements, no more!

We are 9 staff and the Timetastic service and app is such brilliant value, it saves me so much time and makes things really clear for staff. It integrates perfectly with Google Suite. I also use it to log sickness and other absences and it's great. I find the app really clear and intuitive to use. I also appreciate that the devs are always making improvements

not a great interface, limited ability to fine tune booked days, times or cancel. I disagree with reply. Can't cancel a leave day that has started, even if I need to because something important has come up. No trash/cancel option. This should be a feature within app to request a cancellation, not have to go outside app for manager to then do.

Sorry to hear you're struggling. To cancel, just click on the booking and you'll see a cancel option. Managers need to cancel a booking that's today or in the past. Because the leave details (dates, times and type) were specifically approved by your manager, if you want to amend then you'll need to cancel the existing booking and create a new one.
