The app discriminates the cars and their owners on the basis of the car origin and conditions it was sold (car has to be "officially imported" in my case in RF). that is not clear from the app description, nor from the T&C you learn while first setting the app up. Pity, that you learn that you are "an excluded" person only from a quite rude letter of the management
