The app is horrible! Takes me to wrong store no matter how many times I try! I have to constantly click on the Google play store & open the app every time I want to place an order. If you hit the back button, you have to start all over again! I don't know what happened in the last week to 10 days, but I may have to place orders elsewhere if the issues can't be fixed. My son is a programmer, and he was ready to throw my phone! NOT OUR PHONES! CAN'T ACCESS ON THE HOME COMPUTER EITHER! FIX!

New version update 12/24 absolutely awful. Works for a brief period and then it doesn't. Have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, spoke to some tech support who are trying to blame my phone version. But it also doesn't work on my tablet. It's a real shame because Stracks was the only store I shopped at. But, I downloaded the Meijer app and it's working fine and I guess I'll just drive a tiny bit further to do my weekly shopping.

I tried loading this app. It never did. I couldn't get into it at all. Checking the troubleshooting page it says there is a lag time with Samsung galaxy phones. So I waited. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no better. I read the reviews and it seems that there are multiple problems with the app. The site admin needs to debug it. Stracks is our primary store and we use multiple locations. It would nice to have such a tool available when shopping.
