This is an app for a grocery store. they don't want to make a functional website, so the customer is forced to either not practically access online information or surrender to the unhelpful app ui. You can add coupons to your loyalty account, which is nice (but which should be super easy to do on the website, without a silly app).

I love this app! I have a disability and I'm in a lot of pain. This app has been a life saver! It's easy to use and navigate. Sometimes it lags, but no big deal to me. I do all my grocery shopping on the app for no extra charge. The employee (usually Brianna, who is awesome!) pulls my order. She or whoever it may be, contacts me when something is out of stock and we come up with a substitute. Also, I can see my Reward Points and cut virtual coupons. Look at the sales on products.

Awful. It has saved me money. So its done its job but in the most annoying way possible. i swear they make it slow on purpose so you have to spend more money if you dont have 20minutes to sit by your phone and clip coupons. you gotta do it one at a time and wait about 10seconds for each one. no big deal, but theres like hundreds of coupons. worth it to save money. it will make you very angry though and ill be frank, this keeps my money away from stracks. i shop here for food needs thats it.
