The official City of Downey application allows for city residents to submit service requests directly to the city. When a service request is submitted through the application, it's logged directly into the city's ticketing system and routed to the appropriate department.

The application also has another feature which allows app users to submit feedback about service received directly to the city.

NEVER WORKS! Pointless waste of tax dollars! EDIT: STILL doesn't work years later... ridiculous. 2nd edit.... years later still doesnt work... kicks you out when you try to submit something!! 3rd edit... deleting it... no point in having it! it closes RIGHT when I go to submit.. cleared my phones cache and it keeps closing.. absolutely a waste of taxpayer money.

Can't no longer open app, is been like this for a while, I un-installed and installed and nothing changes. Is has the latest update.

Worked nicely for me for a long time. Now does not. I prefer to send requests with photos. Adoree is a known junk yard thanks to 105 fwy wall.
