Ratings and reviews

The app is missing basic functionality. A simple notification when the device drops below 20% battery level. The latency between the device and the app is bad. The app gained 10% more battery power when the device was removed from the charger and waited 45 minutes to display the correct location. I am concerned that the device will not perform as advertised when there is an actual emergency. After reading the reviews, I will say that if my mom falls & it fails to call, there will be a lawsuit.

Fall detection never alerted me after my Mother had fallen two different times. The GPS "updates"once per hour and is NOT accurate. The step counter doesn't work. It either registers "zero" or once it gave me some outlandish number that even I have never done in one day. I definitely wouldn't rely on it. Highly disappointed for what I paid for the system to ensure my Mom's safety!

Zero stars. App doesn't work. Errors when trying to add information into any field. Won't save info even if I can get past errors. Absolutely useless. I'm going to cancel the plan and move to another system. If the app is this error ridden, I can't trust the service to work if there is an actual need.
