Updating for battery status is horrible. It's a full day behind and trying to force an update doesn't work. Mom could fall tonight and the Dann thing might be dead. Who knows. It also doesn't update the location in the app. We've been gone from home for 10 hours and it has not updated the location.

Medical Guardian You have been causing me much stress lately. Multiple times I've called and reported that the My Guardian App isn't working properly. We're going on the second month and it still isn't fixed. Your reps over the phone have been polite but know nothing about the app. Every time I've called I was told that a report would be sent to the I T department. I've even emailed the developer of the app and it still isn't working properly. Please have someone who knows about the app ca

Equipment didn't work, parent had a medical emergency and ended up dying. Attempted to get a refund and cancel service. First received a form letter addressed to my deceased parent. Tried calling customer service, waited 20 minutes on hold. Finally got through to the most insensitive customer service agent. Basically said I was stuck with the equipment and could only cancel the service from this point forward. "Really sorry about all this, but there's nothing I can do." Awful experience.
