My mother has fallen twice and the fall detection didn't work either time. I'm not impressed with the app or the services. I truly hope that the equipment works better than the app. The step counter barely works. Sometimes it allows you to review previous days, sometimes it does not. It labels steps as today but it looks suspiciously like yesterday's counts. Very limited and unimpressive.

The status is always a day behind. In the evenings, I can see tomorrow's date for what's going on now. Please add a dark mode or match device mode option. UPDATE; After the developer's last update to the app, the bar graph completely disappeared not allowing us to see past data. Additionally; the devoper will not respond to emails.

Fall detection never alerted me after my Mother had fallen two different times. The GPS "updates"once per hour and is NOT accurate. The step counter doesn't work. It either registers "zero" or once it gave me some outlandish number that even I have never done in one day. I definitely wouldn't rely on it. Highly disappointed for what I paid for the system to ensure my Mom's safety!
