Ratings and reviews

The app is missing basic functionality. A simple notification when the device drops below 20% battery level. The latency between the device and the app is bad. The app gained 10% more battery power when the device was removed from the charger and waited 45 minutes to display the correct location. I am concerned that the device will not perform as advertised when there is an actual emergency. After reading the reviews, I will say that if my mom falls & it fails to call, there will be a lawsuit.

Fall detection never alerted me after my Mother had fallen two different times. The GPS "updates"once per hour and is NOT accurate. The step counter doesn't work. It either registers "zero" or once it gave me some outlandish number that even I have never done in one day. I definitely wouldn't rely on it. Highly disappointed for what I paid for the system to ensure my Mom's safety!

I hope the emergency response will be OK, because the app is terrible. I should be able to stay logged in and have correct info on my mother's location. But no, after a week, the location tracker was off by miles, in day and middle of the night, and only updated (incorrectly) every couple of hours. I called and was told by a human my mom's correct location, but to log out and back on to "re-sync" the app. I shouldn't have to do that every time I want to check on my mom, especially for the price.
