The combination of this app and dysfunctional NHS WiFi systems borders on a danger to patient safety and mandates the presence of a backup, removing a major advantage of the app. It is unreliable and frustrating to use with little discernable improvement over the last 12 months. Whether this so the fault of the app or the infrastructure it is running on is unknowable however it is hard to think it isn't a combination of the two

Constant disconnect from server despite stable internet connection, crashes frequently when opening messages or searching for contacts, glitches resulting to previous messages going missing from display causing confusion. Calling function has poor audio quality and sometimes high latency. We have resorted to sending message on internal number for other team to phone us on. 1 full charge gets me through the day, but 2 full charge to get through the day after installing the app.

loved this initially however within 2 weeks my phone battery life was reduced dramatically. others have had the same problem therefore we are using hospital purchased phones. lots of glitches - e.g. ordering blood products yesterday- app updated and disabled. Great in theory and for general messaging but not as effective as a bleep replacement unfortunately . no response from medic bleep regarding the issues we are having particularly the damage to our own phones. Awesome idea though!
