I'm already a subscriber, but I can't display the entire row. The app takes a long time to load when displaying the history. The sound when reading the balance when the phone is in English doesn't work in Indonesian or other languages. Her voice isn't full of Indonesian or any other language. It's still mixed with English, and her accent is also English.

hi. i am using subscibed echis from 2025, why filter function is locked, this make difficulty on sorting category. any way to open it ?
