The questions are not like the paramedic exit exam. I'd say maybe half the questions are relevant and the other half are pathophysiology which we don't even learn or worry about in emergency medicine.

I hear you, but you need to pass them BOTH if you want to be great. The NREMT test is fine but they are only human. Thank you for your 3 stars and for the detailed feedback. I purchased the 90 day test prep package to get ready for the national during ride time. I aimed to hit the recommended 60xp points per day working on Strengthening skills and working on weaknesses. medic tests provides extensive answers for why you got something correct or incorrect. After 70 days of use and getting cleared to take the NREMT-P, I cleared on the first attempt. A ton of this will be refresher from class, but it helped me immensely.
