I am a trauma registrar and use this app frequently. It is easier to use than other code builders I have used. Developer is very responsive and quick to address issues. Do recommend!

App does not work, so I canceled the subscription immediately and then I was STILL charged (TWICE) for the Subscription that I canceled within minutes of signing up for! Can't find a customer service contact either.

I give it a 4.6. The tabular lists are free and work well with no adds! The indexes are 3.99. not too bad at all.
