Very disappointing experience with Medikabazar. Some products from my order were missing when the package was delivered. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but received no response or resolution. Timely customer service and proper order fulfillment are essential, especially for medical supplies. I hope the company improves its customer support and quality control processes.

Very disappointing experience with the Medikabazar app. After completing the full payment, the order was not processed. When I raised a query, the response given was that the product is “out of stock” and they offered to cancel the order. Stock availability should be confirmed before accepting payment, not afterwards. This causes unnecessary delay and inconvenience, especially when purchasing medical supplies where time matters. Poor order management and a waste of valuable time.

Worst app and useless customer support, my order has been stuck for more than 10 days and they don't know where it has been lying, there is no option to cancel it, only customer support can initiate cancellation which again takes around a few more days. Such a useless app, why do you launch it to the public when it is not ready, waste of time and money
