About this app

Mobile application for Android and iOS designed for recording medicines and medical devices in medical facilities. It enables fast and reliable inventory management by scanning DataMatrix (DMX) and barcodes using the phone's camera or external readers.

📦 Recording of medicines and medical supplies
The application enables clear recording of medicines and consumables according to UDI and DMX codes. The system tracks batches, expiration dates and current stock status in one or more warehouses. For each item, it is possible to record the product type, supplier, packaging and price.

🔎 Fast code scanning
Receipt and issue of goods is carried out by scanning DataMatrix (DMX) or barcodes. Scanning is possible using the phone's camera or external readers, which significantly speeds up work and reduces the error rate during recording.

🏥 Warehouse management
The application supports multiple warehouses and provides an overview of stocks by product type, expiration date, batch and supplier. The system automatically checks the minimum quantity in stock and warns of impending expirations.

👥 Users and permissions
The system supports multiple users and allows you to set different permissions for working with the application. Thanks to this, it is possible to customize access for individual team members according to their role.

💻 Web administration
The main system administration is carried out via a web interface, where you can manage users, warehouses, items, suppliers and other system settings.

📄 Invoice records
The system also includes digital records of supplier invoices, including the ability to scan using DataMatrix or barcodes and check the distributor's registration on the SÚKL portal.

🔒 Data security and archiving
Data is automatically backed up and records are archived for 5 years. The system is designed to be independent of specific hardware and enable secure and long-term management of warehouse data.
