Very convenient!! Great for getting msg to doctor and/or staff. Request refills and schedule appointments. Can access your labs. Keeps your records at your fingertips. Excellent televisit!!! Get face-face w/doc from comfort of home. Can upload images. Schedule visits with reminders. Pay bills. Literally EVETYTHING you need for monitoring your health in one local spot accessible by you AND your doctor. BEST app EVER!!!

Why is this only available for mobile devices? I need a new phone and my laptop is what keeps me going are apps like these that ruin it. As far as performance goes, the audio sometimes goes out and can't hear the other person talking.

This app does not work as it should, I downloaded it per my physician's suggestion for a tele-visit & I couldn't even create an account. A major revamp need to be done in order for this app to work. Thank goodness there are other options out there & I didn't missed my appointment. To be honest don't even waste your time downloading it, tell your doctor to find another way to communicate with you.
