Ratings and reviews

The good: can check analysis results and both past and future appointments. The bad: appointments are a pain to schedule - I almost never do it through the app, but instead use the call center. Also the app frequently takes forever to load (or sometimes never loads at all), pretty much that you can miss your online appointment

Really bad user experience, it was not designed for patients, but probably they chose what was easier to design. The app doesn t allow to search availability for one day for all clinics or doctors and then chose. User needs to select clinic and then select each doctor to see availability. If one doctor ia not available, the selection process needs to be repeated. For this reason,I will just continue calling in the center.

It's impossible to make an appointment for the first available doctor. You have to go throw all the clinics, all the doctors and check when each of them has availability and note the dates in a separate document and afterwards check manually when is the first available spot. I prefer to call in call center than using the app. Also the UI is not friendly at all and it's looking like an app from 10 years ago
