About this app
This prescription app is primarily used to capture the prescription images. Customers walk in to our stores along with prescription, this app will help the user to capture images of the prescription and send it back to the backend team. There is also an emergency prescription feature available in the app where the user can capture an image of the prescription, and while sending it to the backend team, mark it as an emergency prescription. The back end team will receive it as an emergency alert and decode it and send it back to the store team. Apart from the prescription capturing, the app can also be used to complete the E-KYC of our customers and as a picking app in the stores.
